Delivery Fees


Castlemaine - $20, Kyneton-Gisborne $30, Sunbury $40


Ballarat delivery fees:

 

  • $20 to drop off at exchange point. Meet us anytime between 10.45am-11.15am at Lake Wendouree every second Thursday. 
  • $50 Door-to-door service to Ballarat Central and inner-suburbs. Exclusions: Invermay, Alfredton, Delacombe, Winter Valley, Sebastopol, Eureka, Canadian and Mount Clear (the exchange point will be recommended to these suburbs)


Please note: That urine soiled rugs with three or more accidents will need washing twice, x2 the cost of the wash depending on the category of what type of rug it is.


We are not a repair service however we can re-glue loose back strips onto tufted rugs for an additional $10 per side of rug.

The ‘Extra Care’ and ‘Delicate’ washes include several specialised cleaning processes to protect the integrity of delicate rugs, as per below:


  • Stain Treatments
  • Odour Treatments (incl. Pet treatments)
  • Dusting processes (commonly used for shag rugs)
  • Removal of pet hair (up to mild-moderate level soiling depending on type of rug)
  • Multiple delicate hand washes if required (it takes up to 4-5 hours of manual labour for one rug alone)
  • Colour bleeding testing to minimise risk of colour bleeding and running through the rug during the wash process
  • Finalisation detailing – eg. Fringes treatment, correct any teased or loose fibres from the wash process, re-stretching/straightening if slightly out of shape or doesn’t lay flat, etc

Turn-around Times


Turn-around times for the ‘Standard’ and ‘Wash & Stains’ are a week or two, the time for ‘Extra Care’ and ‘Delicate’ washes can be up to 4 weeks depending on how much work is involved as we take our time with these so we don’t compromise on their history and integrity rather than fast turnaround times.


Please also allow an extra week if delivery services are required.
